1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the DînApp mobile application and the dinapp.net website, published by BDA Prime FZ LLC (see our Legal Notice). By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
The information you provide at sign-up (email) must be accurate.
An account is personal: you may not transfer or share it with a third party.

3. The AI Coach

The AI Coach answers with built-in religious safeguards, but it remains an automated assistant: for any complex fiqh question or important religious decision, verify the answer with an imam or a qualified person. The AI Coach is not meant to replace qualified religious guidance.

4. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) can only be purchased from within the application, through Apple's in-app purchases (App Store) — never from this website.
Prices shown on the website are indicative; the exact price, based on your country and currency, is the one displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store account settings.
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple, under its own policy — we do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. The charity contribution

Part of every Premium subscription is automatically donated to our charity partner, Unissons Charity (see the Community page). This amount is included in the subscription price: it is not a separate deductible donation and is not charged on top.

6. Prohibited use

Using the application for illegal purposes or in a way that breaches public order.
Attempting to access the source code, decompile the application, or bypass its security mechanisms.
Automating requests to our servers outside of normal application use.
Using the AI Coach to generate content contrary to Islamic values or for malicious purposes.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy in the application — deletion is immediate and permanent. Cancelling the Premium subscription is done separately, from your App Store account settings, and does not automatically delete your DînApp account.

8. Liability

DînApp is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service (prayer times, religious content, AI Coach answers), without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BDA Prime FZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.

9. Changes

These terms may evolve. If a change is significant, you will be notified in the application before it takes effect. For any question: contact@dinapp.net.
